Overview:

The Bricks and Agent Product Suite is a comprehensive set of applications designed to streamline property maintenance, management, and tenant interactions for real estate professionals. This suite includes apps tailored to Property Managers, Service Providers, Tenants, and Administrators, each offering unique features and interfaces to meet user needs. My role evolved from UI/UX Engineer to Senior UI/UX Engineer, allowing me to contribute to the design, implementation, and refinement of multiple interfaces across the suite.

Key Contributions:

1. Property Manager App:

   • Revamp and Feature Expansion: Led the redesign and enhancement of the Property Manager App, introducing new features and simplifying the user journey.
   • UI/UX Design: Created wireframes and user interfaces to improve workflows, making it easier for property managers to handle maintenance tasks.
   • Front-end Development: Utilized Angular Material and Bootstrap for responsive layouts and reusable UI components, enhancing app accessibility across devices.

2. Service Provider App:

   • Live Bug Resolution: Resolved critical UI bugs in the live environment to ensure a seamless experience for service providers.
   • User-Centered UI Design: Designed and developed UI elements to support efficient task completion for service providers, using Angular and Bootstrap.

3. Tenant Portal:

   • User Interface Optimization: Addressed live issues and implemented design improvements to enhance usability for tenants.
   • Front-end Enhancements: Built responsive components with React, SASS, and Bootstrap, focusing on accessibility and user engagement.

4. Super Admin Portal:

   • Bug Fixing in Production: Improved platform reliability by diagnosing and fixing live UI issues.
   • UI/UX Development: Collaborated with product teams to create wireframes and layouts that support administrative tasks, using Angular, SASS, and Bootstrap.

5. Invoice Automate App:

   • UI Bug Fixing: Primarily focused on identifying and fixing bugs within the user interface to enhance the app's performance and usability.
   • UI/UX Design: Involved in designing wireframes and user interfaces for various sections of the app, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
   • Front-end Development: Leveraged Angular Material and Bootstrap for building cohesive and responsive UI elements.

6. Integration with Other Products:

   • Cross-Product Collaboration: Worked on integrating other products such as Invoice Automate, PropertyTree, JLL Tenant, and PropertyMe with Bricks and Agent, enhancing interoperability and user experience across platforms.
   • Consistent UI/UX Application: Ensured that the design principles and user experience remained consistent across all integrated products.

7. Additional Responsibilities:

   • Email Templates and PDFs: Created and designed email templates and PDFs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and provide clear communication.
   • Chatbots and API Documentation: Developed and refined chatbot interfaces and API documentation to enhance user interaction and support.
   • Miscellaneous Tasks: Assisted with various tasks associated with the Bricks and Agent product apps, contributing to overall product quality and user satisfaction.

8. Marketing Website:

   • Web Content and UI Updates: Implemented various webpages and managed blog content within Hubspot for the marketing website, supporting the company’s online presence and engagement efforts.

Achievements:
